올해로 4회째를 맞이한 여주국제사진전 2026의 주제전, <지구 방랑자> 오픈콜에 보내주신 뜨거운 관심과 성원에 진심으로 깊은 감사의 말씀을 올립니다.
이번 공모에는 전 세계 55개국에서 400여 명의 작가님들이 참여해 주셨으며, 약 2,000여 점에 달하는 소중한 작품들이 접수되었습니다.
지구 곳곳에서 보내주신 많은 작품들 사이에서 오랜 고민과 논의를 거쳐 총 240여 점의 작품을 최종 선정하게 되었습니다.
선정된 작품은 아래 썸네일 이미지에서 확인하실 수 있으며, 전시 작품 제작을 위한 프린트 데이터는 아래 안내에 따라 보내 주시기 바랍니다.
여주국제사진전은 ‘국제사진전’이라 하기에는 부족함이 많이 있습니다.
예산과 인력, 그리고 전용 전시 공간의 부재라는 한계 속에서도 매년 조금씩 성장할 수 있었던 것은 많은 분들의 따뜻한 관심과 도움 덕분이었습니다.
올해도 여주세종문화관광재단의 전시 지원금(800만 원)을 비롯해, 작가님들의 자발적인 후원과 자원봉사, 그리고 닥터 프린트의 작품 제작 지원과 여러 기업의 물품 협찬이 더해져 귀한 전시가 부족하지만 차근차근 준비되어 가고 있습니다.
보이지 않는 곳에서 건네주신 소중한 손길들 덕분에, 여주국제사진전은 조금씩 한국을 대표하는 야외 사진 페스티벌로 그 자리를 잡아가고 있습니다.
아름다운 여주의 자연과 사진 작품들이 서로를 품어 안는 남한강변은 그 자체로 근사한 예술 공간이자, 찾아주시는 모든 분들께 조용한 감동을 전하는 자리가 될 것입니다.
높고 푸른 가을 하늘 아래, 여주의 자연을 오롯이 느껴볼 수 있는 이 좋은 계절에 부디 오셔서 자리를 빛내주시면 더없는 기쁨이겠습니다.
특히 전시 오프닝이 열리는 10월 25일(일) 저녁에는 여주의 대표 가을 축제인 ‘여주오곡나루축제’의 화려한 불꽃놀이도 함께 마련되어 있습니다.
낮에는 탁 트인 남한강변과 여러 전시장에서 작품들을 감상하고, 밤에는 가을 밤하늘을 물들이는 불꽃놀이와 함께 따뜻하고 잊지 못할 하루를 보내시길 바랍니다.
어느덧 네 번째 전시로 여러분을 초대합니다.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the enthusiastic interest and support you have shown for the Open Call of the Yeoju International Photo Festival 2026 <Earth Wanderer>, now in its fourth year.
This year, approximately 400 photographers from 55 countries around the world participated, submitting around 2,000 precious works. After much deliberation and discussion, we have selected approximately 240 works from among the many submissions sent from every corner of the globe.
The selected works can be viewed in the thumbnail images below. Please send the print data for exhibition production in accordance with the instructions provided.
The Yeoju International Photo Festival still has many shortcomings as an "international photo festival." Despite limitations in budget, staff, and the absence of a dedicated exhibition venue, we have been able to grow a little each year thanks to the warm interest and help of so many people.
This year as well, with the exhibition support fund (KRW 8 million) from the Yeoju Sejong Culture and Tourism Foundation, along with voluntary donations and volunteer work from participating artists, print production support from Dr. Print, and product sponsorships from several companies, this precious exhibition, though modest, is being prepared step by step. Thanks to the valuable help offered behind the scenes, the Yeoju International Photo Festival is gradually establishing its place as a leading outdoor photography festival in Korea.
The banks of the Namhan River, where Yeoju's beautiful nature and photographic works embrace one another, will be a wonderful art space in themselves, offering quiet inspiration to all who visit. Under the high, blue autumn sky, in this lovely season when you can fully experience the nature of Yeoju, it would be our greatest joy to have you join us and grace the occasion with your presence.
In particular, on the evening of Sunday, October 25, when the exhibition opening takes place, a spectacular fireworks display will be held as part of the Yeoju Ogok Naru Festival, Yeoju's signature autumn festival. We hope you will enjoy the works during the day along the open banks of the Namhan River and at the various exhibition venues, and spend a warm and unforgettable day with the fireworks lighting up the autumn night sky.
We are inviting you to our fourth exhibition. We ask that you join us with your warm interest and presence. We look forward to seeing you in Yeoju on a beautiful autumn day.
